Cancellation Policy

Once you have put down a deposit, you must cancel before reaching 30 days prior to the check-in date or the deposit will NOT be refunded. Cancelling your room before reaching 30 days prior to the check-in date, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 service fee. If you cancel with 24 hours or less notice from the check in date you will be responsible for the full amount.

Change Policy

Date changes made more than 60 days before arrival will not be charged for the change. Date changes within 60 days of arrival constitutes a cancellation, and will likely result in forfeiture of up to 100% of the deposit.
